Il s\u2019agit donc, id\u00e9alement, de les d\u00e9velopper toutes en m\u00eame temps avec des <strong>paliers de progression<\/strong> de plus en plus exigeants en fonction de l\u2019\u00e2ge et de la maturit\u00e9 des participants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Plusieurs \u00e9tudes montrent que l\u2019\u00e9ducation \u00e9motionnelle et sociale (EES) permet de mieux se connaitre et mieux g\u00e9rer sa relation \u00e0 l\u2019autre.
